All our classes take place in Tadley at:
St Mary's Church Hall,
Newchurch Road,
Tadley,
RG26 4HQ
Apart from Friday Morning Metafit which is held at Tadley Memorial Hall and only runs alongside Hampshire school term dates. All other classses run all year.
When it is cold we are inside, when it is sunny, we are outside!
Our Personal Training sessions take place in our private gym.
