Kettlebell Classes:
To take part in kettlebell classes you need to have participated in an Introduction to kettlebells workshop first.
Classes are made up of people using both single and double kettlebells. The choice is yours.
Tuesday 2000 - 2100
Thursday 2000 - 2100
Martial Arts:
CXT (Combat Cross Training)
Mondays and wednesdays at 1930 - 2030
Free sparring session
Monday 2030 - 2100
VEST (Violent Encounter Survival Techniques)
