Courses are a way of passing over knowledge to participants to allow them to take their own training to new levels. They take a more technical view and focus more on learning skills that you can keep rather than running you into the ground. By the very nature of kettlebells, learning will end up being a workout, but the focus is always on performing the techniques correctly.
Kettlebells are very technically demanding and as such I always want to ensure that people are well schooled in the basics of Kettlebell lifting.
This is both to avoid injury, but also to ensure that you get the most out of your chosen course.
For example if I am trying to teach a group of people an 'advanced snatch conditioning sequence', but you don't have a clear understanding of a basic swing, you will get less from the course, but you will also be slowing others learning down.
This means that, prior to taking part in any of the more advanced courses that we offer, you need to have:
With this in mind Courses are always restricted to a maximum of 10 people. This ensures that everyone gets a good amount of attention. Each session is like a small group personal training session, with lots of attention and instruction.

Unleash the Power of Double Kettlebells

Kettlebell training is very technically demanding and until you start training with them it is hard to understand how technical they really are. Therefore it is vital that techniques with a single kettlebell are learned to a good degree before attempting double kettlebells.
With that said Double Kettlebells takes training to a whole new level. Tremendous amounts of strength and conditioning can be attained through double kettlebells. Whilst much more technically demanding than single kettlebell the results more than outway the work that needs to go into them.
Some of the exercises covered:
