Momentum Summer Shred
Summer is coming and we are offering a helping hand in your preps for the summer sun.
We did Lardbusters this Janurary and people saw some fantastic results. We are aware, though, that not everyone has kept it up. However, those that have are still getting results and are well on their way to where they want to be.
Part of the problem is that, traditionally Lardbusters has been a ‘once a year’ thing and people do great during this time, but struggle with the motivation to keep it going. The community effect during the Lardbusters month really helps people get motivated. So we have decided to make a change and add a summer event to help people keep on track….
…. With some changes.
The Summer shred will be a bit different. This challenge isn’t just about losing fat, it is about developing a lifestyle change to make you healthier!!!
Nutrition is the key stone in any training plan.
Without it in place, the rest is sure to fail.
Any of your training goals will only work if your nutrition is in place, and that is what the summer shred is all about. So no matter what your goals:
The summer shred will help.
As that crazy Gillian Mckeith said, “you are what you eat!”
She was wrong about a lot of things, but not that!

Dates:
Weigh ins: Around the weekend of 24th May
Half way: 21st June (official start of summer)
Finish: Around the weekend of 19th July (weekend before school summer holidays start)
REPEAT:
