January is traditionally a miserable time of year. The excesses of Christmas and New year weigh heavy on your bum and tum. Rather than sit there in a miserable mess, why not challenge yourself to a month of all out war against the LARD with the ‘New Year, Kettlebell Lard Blaster Competition’.

 

  • 4 week Body re-composition Competition
  • Full Before and After measurements including:
  1. Body Fat %
  2. Body Mass Index (BMI)
  3. Lean Body Weight
  4. Hip to Waist ratio
  • Easy to follow Diet outline
  • Workout plan
  • £20 to enter, £50 to the biggest loser!

 

Your entry fee will pay for a full body measurement session before and after. From those measurements we will work out your ideal calorie consumption to set you on course to annihilate up to 2 kgs of Fat in 4 weeks through diet alone. Then add to that a workout plan designed to double your results, and there is potential here to lose up to 4 kgs of FAT!

 

Each diet outline will be personally designed for you. The plan will depend on your measurements and yours alone. This is vital for optimal results.

 

This plan is designed as an all-out assault on your fat deposits. It is only a month long and requires both will power and hard work. Stick with it and work hard and fantastic results are guaranteed.

It should be noted that results will vary depending on a number factors. These include things like:

  • How much weight you have to realistically, and healthily, lose in the first place.
  • Adherence to the plan.
  • How hard you work.

 

The winner will be worked out on the ratio of body fat percentage lost, compared to the original body fat percentage, not weight lost.

Eg. If your start bodyfat is 50% and you lose 2% bodyfat then you have lost 4% of your original bodyfat.

However if your start bodyfat is 10% and you lose 2% then you have lost 20% of your original bodyfat.

The second example is the winner. This may seem unfair, but the more you have to start with, the easier it is to lose.

 

This means that starving yourself will not win the competition, only a sensible eating plan along with a sensible training plan will work.

 

The competition start will run throughout January to allow for people wanting to start at different times.

 

After your measurements have been taken you have one week to start the competition. Your 4 weeks will start from that time.

 

The winner will be declared when everyone has finished.
