Momentum Monthly Kettlebell Challenges

Knowing you are improving is important to ensure that you keep on training and pushing yourself. Having a measurable way of charting these improvements is a great start.

 

We use monthly fitness tests to do this. When you see an improvement in your test results then you know you are getting better. It is as simple as that. After completing the tests you record your results and then simply try to beat them next time.

 

Our first monthly test was the '300 Challenge' whilst we still revisit this occasionally our new test is the '300 challenge mark 2' See below for the links:
