I need 53reps at 78kg Bodyweight for 'Master of Sports' with the GSU in 10 mins, so hopefully if I slow the pace down a bit then I might, MIGHT, make it..... maybe.
Some of the last few reps are a bit ropey, though.

Sorry about the dodgy camera work at the beginning.

Unfortunately we only caught the end. I managed 53 reps in the 3 minutes. That is after competing in the biathlon event earlier. Reps aren't as clean as they should be, but I was knackered.

This video was more aimed at catching the electric atmosphere. Great day.

Tom latest Long Cycle Clean and Jerk set.

30th Jan 2013

Done at home in the 'Shed of Dread'. No where near the same atmosphere as a competition.

70reps with 2 x 24kg kettlebells.

To achieve Rank 1 at a bodyweight of 78kgs, I had to get 60 reps according to the IKSFA ranking tables.

Still some tidying up to do.

1. Breathing

2. The jump after the clean

3. Fixation could be more definate

4. Need to keep the pace more regular

5. Drop straight back into the clean from the overhead position.
