Taming the Beast
Todays attempt at Taming the Beast!
The challenge is to complete:
1 press (with either arm),
1 Pistol squat (with either leg)
1 Pull up
all with a 48kg kettlebell which is called The Beast.
Needs a bit of tidying up, but pretty much there.....
Fun is maybe not the word to use here, but this is an incredible couple of sets from 2 world champions in Kettlebell sport lifting. Tajda and Gregor Sobocan.
Tom and Tanya messing around with some heavy kettlebells for short sets.
Tanya is using double 16kgs for a 3 minute set and 25 reps.
Tom is using double 36kgs for a 1:30 set with 12 reps.
