Kettlebell Classes

There are regular weekly classes available with Momentum Kettlebells.

To take part in any of the classes you need to have taken part in either the Kettlebell basics course or the Introduction to Kettlebells Workshop.

Level 1.

These classes are aimed a 3 types of people.

  1. Those new to kettlebell training or still perfecting the movements,
  2. Those who have progressed onto a heavier kettlebell and want to take it slowly for a few sessions,
  3. Those who feel they are not quite ready for the intensity of the level 2 class.

This class will help you perfect all the basic moves that you learnt in the basics course or on the introduction workshop, and will consist of single kettlebell work and some bodyweight training.

Classes will have of lots of instruction and plenty of working out, but the intensity level will not be as tough as the level 2 class.

 

Level 2

If you want a tough session that will blast your fitness, conditioning and fat loss to levels you didn’t think possible, then this is the class for you.

To take part in this session you need to have taken either the double kettlebells course or the level 2 introduction plus it is advisable to have spent a little time in the level 1 class perfecting your technique as the vast majority of the session will involve double kettlebells!

Double kettlebells is very technically demanding and if your technique isn’t good then they will let you know about it.

On the flip side training with double kettlebells is like nothing you have done before, offering a mix of strength training, power training and endurance that is out of this world.
