The Kettlebell Basics course is the first course you need to do.
This course is different to most kettlebell courses or classes in that we want to teach you to use a kettlebell properly so you can train at home on your own.
In this time of an economic downturn not everyone can afford to join a gym or keep paying for class after class, and we are not trying to force you into that position.
You can view this as a one off payment and an investment in your future health and fitness.
We encourage you to have your own kettlebell so you can practice the techniques at home before the next class, meaning you progress much faster than if you just came to a class once a week. Having your own kettlebell also means that you can continue your training after the course has finished using your new found skill.
The vast majority of people who attend this course enjoy it so much that they sign straight up for the next course (Double Kettlebell), and some even repeat the basics course too, just to get more training in.
Once trained, a class is available for those that enjoy that kind of environment for an extra bit of motivation.
The beauty of kettlebell training is that it suits the home gym very well. It takes up hardly any space and you can train in your front room. Our aim is to give you the skills to do that safely and effectively in 6 weeks. This course teaches you all the basic moves and gives you 6 different workouts that you can use at home.
In this course you will learn all the basic kettlebell movements including both the 'Grinds' and the ballistic exercises that make kettlebells so different and effective.
After doing this course you can move on to our Double Kettlebell course to move your taining to a supersonic level.

By the end of the course you can expect to have a firm grip on these exercises. Technique will not be perfect yet, but that is why we practice. Remember anything worth having is worth working for.

Having just completed the Basics course I really can’t recommend this enough.
Tom has an amazingly enthusiastic way of teaching, and his knowledge on fitness and exercise is immense.

I have known tom now for about 5 years on and off and he has always been dedicated to keeping himself fit and helping others. I had never heard of any sort of Kettle Bell training until I saw the classes advertised on his Face Book Page. I clicked the link for his Momentum Kettle bell training site and was instantly hooked.
I signed up to the beginners class, and even though it is for beginners Tom makes you feel instantly comfortable and instructs you well as to how to get the best out of the training session.
It is not an easy course even though it is only 45 mins long. If your looking to build core strength,loose weight and enjoy a good bit of banter then Tom's classes are a definite.
