This workshop is aimed at beginners with no kettlebell experience and people who are approaching an intermediate level.

In this 2 hour session you will learn the proper way to execute the basic kettlebell moves.
By the end of the session you will have a working understanding of the exercises, although you will by no means have perfected the moves. This only comes with time and patience.
The cost of the course is £40 for a single person, or £60 total if you would like to do it with a friend (£30 each)
After taking this course you also get FREE unlimited membership for the first month of your training with us.

If you would like a 1to1 session then we can organise this ASAP, or if you would like to take part in a group session then as soon as there are 3-4 people waiting we will organise a session to suit everyones timetable.
Group courses are kept to a maximum of 4 people to ensure quality instruction.

The main aim of this session, is as an entry into the regular Kettlebell classes on offer with Momentum kettlebells, although if you already train with kettlebells and you just want to brush up on your technique then this is equally as useful.
Kettlebell training, whilst fantastic for conditioning and fat loss (click here), is very technical, and a knowledgable instructor will make the journey towards your goals much smoother and direct.
Kettlebells will be provided for the course and available to buy afterwards. So you have nothing to loose and everything to gain.
