We have 3 main classes available within the momentum organisation.

 

Kettlebell Classes



To take part in kettlebell classes you need to have participated in an Introduction to kettlebells workshop first.

 

 

 

 

 

Tuesday Night Kettlebell Class

(8pm - 9pm)

 

Thursday Kettlebell Class

(7.30pm-8.30pm)

 

Saturday morning Kettlebell class

(10.30am-11.30am):

Kettlebells:

Classes are made up of people using both single and double kettlebells. The choice is yours.

 

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

A lot of our classes use this method, along with other types of training. These classes are different every time, involving lots of short intense work designed to burn fat, build or maintain lean tissue and send your strength and fitness through the roof.







 

 

Kettlebell Class

 

Kettlebell Classes cater for beginners right through to the more advanced. However beginners need to have attended the introduction to kettlebells workshop.

You can choose to train With single or double kettlebells in the classes.

 

Single Kettlebell

Single kettlebell is probably the best way to begin your kettlebell journey, and some people will only ever use a single kettlebell in their training with great results.

 

Whether you are just beginning with your first kettlebell or you are an accomplished kettlebell practitioner wishing to utilise a heavier kettlebell, classes will stretch you to reach new heights.

 

Double Kettlebell

 

This can be a step up from using a Single Kettlebell.

 

Double Kettlebell training is amazing for building huge amounts of stamina, explosive strength and burning a ton of fat.

 

Classes are tough, but fun.
