3 Minute Clean and Jerk Challenge

This Challenge can be done with either 1 or 2 kettlebells. It is up to you.

 

Put simply you have 3 minutes to perform as many clean and jerks as you can.

 

Rules:

  1. Remember Fixation both in the Rack position and in the overhead position.
  2. If you put the kettlebells down then your attempt is over. You can only ‘rest’ in the rack position and the overhead position. Rest is a relative term, but its only 3 minutes.
  3. If you are using 1 kettlebell then you are only allowed 1 hand change. A good idea would be to aim for 90 seconds for each arm.
