One of our Members (Chris 'The Loon' Sanders) has challenged the club to the 100 day burpee Challenge. Start on the 1st of Jan with one burpee and add one a day until you smash out 100 on the last day. Just because we all love burpees.
If you are late starting, don't worry just get on it quick and do all the ones you have missed in one go. QUICK, QUICK, QUICK!
Here are the Rules:
1 – All burpees must be completed at the same time. Periods of 5-10 secs rest are allowed
to catch your breath. Any longer… do them again!!!
2 – Strict technique throughout
3 – If you miss a day, you do the ones you missed plus the ones for that
day at the same time!!!
4 – If you miss more then 2 days in a row… you
FAIL!
5 – If you give up before the 100 days… you
fail!
