1-on-1 sessions are a great way to learn. I can come to you or, alternatively, you can come to me and experience the awesome 'Shed of Dread' where I do all my own training.
1-on-1 sessions mean that you have a full hour dedicated to you and you alone. I can give you my full attention and move on as quickly or as slowly as is needed. You can go for a regular weekly session, more than 1 a week, or maybe just a one off, to work on a particular problem you have been having.
Private sessions can accelerate your learning beyond that of a class setting due to the 1 on 1 nature. The full hour is focussed on you and your needs.
A 2 hour, 1 on 1 Kettlebell Intro Course is £40 plus your first month of training is free.

3 sessions for £90 (saving £15)
